I am 26 yrs old. My weight was 230 kgs. I was very uncomfortable physically and psychologically. "My high diabetes gone, just in 8 months"
I am 62 yrs old .
I had severe diabetes. I was taking 72 units of insulin in a day and 3 antidiabetic drugs, eventhough my sugar used remain above 400.
My physician reffered me to dr bhatt for diabetic and metabolic surgery. I was operated for gastric bypass surgery by dr bhatt in april 2022. My insulins were stopped in 2 months and slowly I was taking only oral medications for diabetes. After 2 months more slowly my oral tablets were also reduced. Now it is 8 months from my surgery and I am not taking any treatment for diabets.
My bmi was 32.6 before surgery. As it is not too high and now my bmi is 27.6. So I have lost weight also but more then the weight my diabetes has gone and I am very happy for that. I am 68 yrs old. I had severe lower abdominal pain and fever. I was out of ahemedabad at that time. I was called back to ahemedabad and I was admitted in akshar hospital under care of dr dushyant bhatt.
He investigated me and up to our surprise it turned out to be pus collection in my abdoment with peroforation of appendix. Dr dushyant bhatt performed my emergency surgery laparoscopically. As I was a high risk patient and my disease was also very complicated my all relatives were very anxious.
But my surgery went well, I was kept in hospital for 4 days after surgery and then I was discharged. On 10th day of such major surgery I was moving out of my home for morning walk and house hold work.
